Men and Women Are Painting Their Nails to Show Support For Bruce Jenner
Bruce Jenner’s emotional interview with Diane Sawyer on Friday has been making headlines around the world as a very courageous move by the former Olympian. Now, people everywhere are making it a point to show their support for the 67 year old… by painting their nails.
In the interview during which Jenner confirmed his gender transition, he told Sawyer that one of the things he’s most looking forward to is to simply have his “nail polish on long enough that it actually chips off.”
Today, Austalian radio station Kiis 1065 encouraged men and women to paint their own nails to show solidarity for the reality star, taking to social media with the hashtag #PaintYourNailsForBruce, which has gained more and more support as the day goes on. Check out some of the photos below:

Good Morning America shared an unseen clip from the Sawyer interview in which the Jenners open up about how Bruce’s revelation has shed a new light on times their father seemed to vanish.
“We have a very complex relationship. He’s disappeared out of our lives, especially out of my life,” says Cassandra, adding, “So I’m looking forward to this next chapter. I personally hope that his journey leads to the place that he wants it to.”
Brandon continues, “Us missing a time of our lives is still probably the hardest thing for us to deal with. We’re trying not to look back, we’re just looking forward.”
Burt adds, “The one thing that I think that we have gained that means more to us than anything is the honesty.”
