Kylie and Kendall Jenner Trying to Trademark First Names

Kylie Minogue is definitely going to have something to say about this.

In ridiculous trademarking news, reality star sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner have each filed applications to trademark their first names in a bid to assert themselves as international stars.

The submission, stumbled upon by TMZ, states she (Kendall also filed for the same type of trademark) is trying to trademark Kylie to “entertainment in the nature of providing information by means of a global computer network in the fields of entertainment, fashion and pop culture.”

So basically, they want themselves and only themselves to be able be billed as Kylie and Kendall.

Cher, Madonna, Adele, Beyoncé and Charo. Kylie and Kendall. Nope. Not the even close.

The website also reports the teenager is claiming the name for personal appearances “by a celebrity, actress and model,” and could prosecute other stars using her first name if it becomes a source of confusion.

If you recall, less than two years ago, Kim and her husband Kanye West considered copyrighting the name of their 22-month-old daughter, North.

In other Kylie news, her man Tyga got some Kylie ink. Watch below.
