There’s a Good Chance Lindsay Lohan Could Go Back to Jail
The future is not looking bright for Lindsay Lohan right about now.
In a hearing on Thursday stemming from her 2012 reckless driving case, a Los Angeles judge said the 28-year-old actress must complete her community service or there will be consequences — likely meaning jail time.
So how many hours does she need to get done to avoid getting locked up? PageSix reports that, according to the judge she’s only completed 10 hours in three years, leaving her with 115 hours remaining by the set date of May 28.
Lohan’s lawyer Shawn Holley says the actress will move from London to complete the hours in New York. However, city prosecutor Melanie Skehar is skeptical she can pull off the feat, and if Lohan does in fact fail, you better believe she’s seeking jail time.
