Gwyneth the "Common Woman"
Gwyneth Paltrow says she' "incredibly close" to the average woman.

She may have failed the $29 Food Bank Challenge, but Gwyneth Paltrow insists that her diet is still pretty average.

Appearing in Women’s Health, the Oscar winner claims her daily routine — including what she eats — is typical to that of a common folk’s. Paltrow, who once was known for adhering to a strict macrobiotic diet, says her weekdays consists of dropping her kids off at school, “an hour of dance cardio,” and then work.

“Me with no coffee is not a good look,” she admits about what she eats and drink on a regular day. “I’ll have a smoothie after I work out. For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want.”

She continues, “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.”

Flaunting her abs in the magazine’s June 2015 issue, Paltrow, 42, also adds that she feels more at peace with herself now than ever. She tells the publication, “I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago.”

“If I’m in a relationship at this point in my life, it’s got to be a relationship worth sustaining, you know what I mean?” Paltrow, who is currently in a relationship with American Horror Story co-creator Brad Falchuk, says of dating in her 40s. “I don’t have the time or inclination.”

See? She’s suchcommon woman! It’s not like she’s ever tried to push a $4,000 juicer on you or anything, right?
