Rejoice! Children born after 2007 can now live in a world where Lindsay Lohan is known for something other than being “that girl who’s always in trouble with the law.”

A Los Angeles judge has signed off the Mean Girls’ star’s community service hours for her probation stemming from a 2012 reckless driving case on Thursday, putting an end to a series of legal matters that have plagued the 28-year-old for what feels like since the dawn of time nearly the last eight years.

As Celebuzz reported, Lohan finished her remaining 115 community service hours on Wednesday right before the court-appointed deadline. Previously, a judge warned the actress that she would face jail time if she failed to complete her probation’s requirements. At the time, Lohan had only completed 10 hours in three years.

In February, most of Lohan’s completed hours for this last case were thrown out when prosecutor Terry White discovered that the actress had violated her probation by logging time spent performing in David Mamet‘s West End production of Speed-the-Plow as community service. A judge issued Lohan another 125 hours to be completed after the accusations.

In the last years, Lohan had been convicted in three criminal cases: a 2007 run-in for drug possession and DUI, a 2011 case over a stolen necklace, and an incident in 2012 where she lied to the police about crashing her Porsche into a dump truck on Pacific Coast Highway.

Lohan’s DUI case was resolved in 2012, while her probation for the theft of a $2,500 necklace was dropped in 2014.

Over the years, Lohan was jailed five times and was forced to appear in court 20 times for violations such as failing to perform community service and skipping counseling sessions. Overall, more 50 court hearings were held regarding to Lohan’s legal matters.

Lohan wrote about completing the last of her community service this week, posting on her Instagram:

Hard work pays off. Thank you to all those that allowed me to volunteer while in nyc. God bless you all. Amen.
