Bruce Jenner to Introduce ‘Her’ on Cover of Vanity Fair

Bruce Jenner will reportedly appear on the cover of Vanity Fair this summer.

Both People and TMZ cite anonymous sources telling them that Jenner has landed the upcoming cover and will reveal “her” for the first time since revealing he was a woman in an historic 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer in April.

Jenner, who does not yet refer to himself with feminine pronouns but has referred to his female identity in the past as “her”, and who has not yet publicly revealed his new identity, will be photographed by legendary photographer Annie Leibovitz.

Leibovitz has photographed some of the most iconic figures in the world over the span of her 40-year career, such as John Lennon and Yoko Ono’s iconic Rolling Stone cover, Michael Jackson for Vanity Fair, Lady Gaga for Vogue and Vanity Fair, Queen Elizabeth II, Demi Moore’s nude Vanity Fair covers, Kim Kardashian with Kanye and North West for Vogue, and Miley Cyrus’ controversial Vanity Fair cover, just to name a few.

The upcoming Vanity Fair cover and spread will be the former Olympian and reality TV star’s first print photo shoot and print interview since he revealed his journey to Sawyer and detailed in on Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce two-part special.

Jenner’s upcoming eight-part docu-series is set to premiere July 26, at 9 p.m. ET on E!
