First Adorable Portraits of Princess Charlotte and Prince George Released

The first official portraits of Princess Charlotte are here, and she’s absolutely beautiful!

The Royal Palace tweeted the heartwarming photos of the princess with her older brother Prince George today (June 6, 2015).

A dashing Prince George fondly looks down upon his new baby sister from the family’s country home of Anmer Hall, and it’s hard not to smile.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, welcomed the princess on May 2nd.

Kensington Palace added further that the photo was taken by the Duchess herself in mid-May:

And urged fans who wished to make donations in Charlotte’s name to donate to a local children’s charity or Imperial Charity.

On Instagram, the same photo was posted along with the detail that “This photograph is the first of four official photographs being released today…”

We will update as more photos are released.

Her Royal Highness Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana of Cambridge is fourth in line to the throne. She will be christened at St. Mary Magdalene Church at her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth II’s Sandringham estate in one month (the same church where William’s mother Princess Diana was baptized).
