Caitlyn Jenner Sued, Named in Fatal Malibu Car Crash Lawsuit

Caitlyn Jenner was just sued over the fatal Malibu, Calif. car crash she was involved in back in Feb. 2015.

On Feb. 7, 2015, Jenner was driving her Escalade on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu when her car crashed into the back of a Lexus. The Lexus then went into oncoming traffic and the driver, Kim Howe, was killed.

After hitting the Lexus, Jenner’s Escalade then allegedly hit a Prius. Now, the driver of the Prius, Jessica Steindorff, is suing Jenner.

According to TMZ, Steindorff “says she suffered several physical injuries and damage to her car.” She also says she “lost wages.”

This is the second lawsuit Jenner has received as a result of the crash, but this is the first time Caitlyn Jenner has been named in the documents. The documents reportedly list “Bruce Jenner a/k/a Caitlyn Jenner” as the defendant.
