‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 6 Episode 2 Recap: What Happend in the Dollhouse?

Pretty Little Liars just keeps getting crazier and crazier, and we can’t get enough!

On last week’s season six premiere episode, the girls escaped from Charles’ dollhouse. On this second episode, the girls are back at home in Rosewood, trying to recover from the traumatic experience.

“Songs of Innocence” wasn’t so much about getting answers, it was about seeing how each of the girls was dealing with their pain. In this episode, Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) each had horrifying flashbacks from their time in the dollhouse. It appears that the girls were locked in separate rooms, but they were forced to torture each other via controls set up by Charles.

Twitter had some strong opinions on the flashback scenes:

In this episode, the police arrest Andrew Campbell, believing that he’s responsible for keeping the girls in the dollhouse. But, at the end of the episode, Sara Harvey, the girl who was found in the dollhouse on the season premiere, makes everyone question if Andrew really is Charles. She asks Emily, “Are you sure it’s him?” No, no one is sure Sara!!
