Look Inside Jason Derulo’s $2.9 Million Florida Home
Jason Derulo’s Coconut Creek, Florida home could be yours, if you happen to have $2.9 million to spare.
The singer and So You Think You Can Dance judge has listed his Coconut Creek home for $2.9 million with Tim Elmes of Coldwell Banker.
Located on 2 acres, one of which is a nature preserve, the 10,000 square foot home features seven bedrooms, a game room and office.
The 2.3-acre property last traded hands in December 2012 for $1.75 million, property records show. It features a 13,000-square-foot main house, a guesthouse, a pool with a waterfall, seven bedrooms, an office, and a game room, according to the listing, which was first reported in the Wall Street Journal.
The Journal chatted with the 25-year-old, and he said that he renovated the house after buying it, adding marble floors and a full gym.
He turned the guesthouse into a recording studio, where he recorded an early version of his hit “Want to Want Me.” He also created a mirrored dance studio upstairs, where he choreographs his routines and preps for tours and music videos. “I can wake up and make it happen,” he said.
