Kourtney Kardashian Shows Off Amazing Abs Six Months After Giving Birth

Kourtney Kardashian is one hot mama! The 36-year-old just gave birth to her third child six months ago, and she already has amazing abs.

On Dec. 14, 2014, Kardashian gave birth to Reign Aston Disick. Since then, she’s been working out and documenting her fitness journey on Instagram.





She’s been working hard, and now she’s showing off the results. Kardashian just posted a photo of herself in a bra and pants to Instagram. The photo shows off her amazing abs and her body is just unreal.

So, we know she’s been working hard, but what exactly has she been doing to get in shape? Kardashian’s trainer, Don Brooks, told E! News that she does the Don-A-Matrix method.

The method is “set up like a game” and Kourtney does “a variety of high-octane moves within the space of an hour.”

How often does she meet with Brooks? “We train anywhere from three to five days a week depending on what projects are coming up,” Brooks revealed. “[Our workouts last] anywhere from 45 minutes up to an hour.”

What exercises does Kardashian do? “The plank is a favorite,” Brooks explained. “But we take it to another level opening and closing the legs like scissors while at the same time raising and dropping the hips! So not only are you strengthening the core but also timing the hips, thighs and waist. [We also do] the trunk twist along with a back row using the bands. The benefit of this exercise will give you flat abs and coke bottle obliques while removing those fat handles from the back and arms.”
