Chris Brown Files Paternity Docs Over Daughter Royalty
According to TMZ, the 26-year-old recording artist and Royalty’s mom Nia Guzman have been arguing over custody and child support. Thus, Brown filed legal docs in Houston to establish official paternity.
The site claims Guzman is asking for $15,000 a month in child support, but Brown wants to make sure they have an established custody agreement first. Though he gets to see his daughter all the time, he’d like to have the court make it official.
Brown and Guzman have no interest in coupling up or getting romantic again, but a source did tell E! News they are “on good terms.” In fact, the “Loyal” singer would like Guzman and Royalty to move to California.
“Nia is open to it,” the source said, adding that “There’s [still] no formal visitation schedule in place.”
