Kim Kardashian Threatens to Sue Photo Agency Over Alleged Nude Photos

Kim Kardashian is threatening to sue a photo agency after they allegedly took nude photos of her while she was lounging by the pool at her house in Hidden Hills, Calif.

According to TMZ, Kardashian’s lawyer Marty Singer sent a letter to photo agency X17, saying that the company is trying to sell the photos that were taken from a helicopter hovering over Kardashian’s house. Singer even says that the photos are illegal because they were taken in a helicopter with a telephoto lens.

Plus, Singer also says that the photo agency is lying, they aren’t nude pics of Kardashian, because she had a blue bikini and “when she saw the helicopter she grabbed a towel to cover up.”

The letter also states that the photo agency will have to deal with “big damages for invasion of privacy” if they sell the pics.

It looks like Singer’s letter worked because the photos have been taken off the photo agency’s website.

This isn’t the first time photographers have gotten into trouble for using telephoto lenses. Earlier this year, photos of Caitlyn Jenner were illegally obtained using the telephoto lenses.
