Chris Brown’s Home Invaded, Aunt Held Hostage
To say that Chris Brown isn’t having such a good day would be an understatement.
The home that the singer just recently bought in the San Fernando Valley was broken into early Wednesday morning. While Brown was out at The Argyle nightclub in Hollywood, three armed men forced their way into his mansion around 2 a.m. and ransacked the place.
Brown’s aunt, who was staying at the mansion at the time, was held at gunpoint and locked in a closet while the robbers stole money and other valuables.
When the police arrived, the culprits were already gone with the stolen goods.
Law enforcement officers tell TMZ that the thieves knew that the house belonged to Brown and deliberately targeted the home. Brown was out from 12:30 a.m. to 2:13 a.m. hosting a pre-ESPY party.
