‘Sisters’ Trailer: Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Throw One Hell of a Party

Why the world needs to wait seven years for a new Tiny Fey and Amy Poehler film is beyond us, but boy are we glad for it.

Your favorite BFFs (and dream President and Vice President of the United States of America) are back in movie screen form in Sisters — their follow-up to 2008’s Baby Mama.

Remember Baby Mama?

Anyway, Fey and Poehler play — you guessed it — sisters who are forced to clean out their childhood home because mom and dad have plans to sell it. As one last hurrah, the ladies throw one last rager and try to seduce the stud down the street, played by Ike Barinholtz (The Mindy Project).

Maya Rudolph also stars in the film, along with fellow Saturday Night Live alum Rachel Dratch and current SNL player Kate McKinnon.

The pic comes from director Jason Moore, who is responsible for the greatness that is Pitch Perfect.

Sisters opens nationwide Dec. 18. Watch the trailer, above. Then watch Fey and Poehler play “True Confessions” on Tuesday’s Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
