WATCH: Amy Schumer Gives a Disappointing Lap Dance
What can’t Amy Schumer do?
Comedy’s “It-Girl” just gave us another reason to love her by hilariously giving a “disappointing lap dance” to raise money for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
This week, the comedienne totally delivered after raffling off the chance for one lucky fan to receive a terrible lap dance. At the New York City premiere of Trainwreck, which Schumer wrote and starred in, the actress sat grand prize winner Adam Fein down and gave him one cringe-worthy performance — complete with jazz hands and a little bit of the Charleston, if course.
“It was as great as you might imagine and not at all disappointing,” Fein later wrote on his blog about the experience. “Actually, it was super fun!”
He added, “As my daughter told me: ‘I guess this is the one time getting a lap dance in front of Mommy is acceptable.”
Fein also promised to match the first $5,000 in donation to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, a charity close to Schumer’s heart.
“I seek laughter all the time,” Schumer, whose father was diagnosed with MS when she was 12, told CBS News earlier this year. “I think that’s something that also comes with having a sick parent is you don’t know what’s going to happen, and so I’ll be like, ‘I’m psyched my legs still work and I want to, like, experience all I can and make as many memories as I can.”
Can we officially dub Schumer as “Amazing Amy” now?
