Back in 2013 Vince Vaughn purchased a 5,562 square feet abode in Southern California’s La Canada Flintridge area for $3.925 million.

He’s now looking to unload that home for $5.3 million. He and his wife, Kyla Weber, made some serious upgrades to the home, judging from the photos of when the home was purchased which you can see below.

The gated home sits on three quarters of an acre, the spacious home has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. On the main floor, there is a large open kitchen with a breakfast nook and a butler’s pantry. Upstairs in the master suite, there is a large walk-in closet, a soaking tub and a steam shower.

The backyard boasts a saltwater pool and a tennis court.

All the five bedrooms have their own bathrooms, though there are a total of six in the house. Vaughn still owns the Craftsman-inspired estate in Manhattan Beach he bought from fired USC football coach Lane Kiffin last spring.
