Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green are moving forward with their divorce proceedings just days after announcing their split.

Fox, who has enlisted the help of Hollywood divorce lawyer Laura Wasser, is citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause of the split in the legal papers filed this week. She is also asking for joint physical and legal custody of the their two sons: Noah, 2, and Bodhi, 1.

According to TMZ, Fox, 29, and Green, 42, did not sign a prenup prior to getting married. The twosome, who wed in a secret ceremony in Hawaii in June 2010, are said to be dividing their earnings during their five-year marriage in half. Given the couple’s 11-year history together, Fox and Green are likely to take the easy route and split their co-mingled assets evenly as well.

The publication reports that Fox will probably end up paying Brian spousal support given the disparity in their income and Green’s medical problems.

The official date of separation is listed as June 10.

Fox and Green initially started dating in 2004 after meeting on the set of Hope & Faith. At the time, she was 18 and he was 30.
