Taylor Swift Brings Out Ellen DeGeneres, Sings ‘You Oughta Know’ with Alanis Morissette at L.A Concert

Taylor Swift’s 1989 Tour stage has become the new celebrity hot spot

So far, the singer’s Los Angeles shows have been a star-studded spectacle, with everyone from Kobe Bryant to Mary J. Blige joining the superstar on stage.

During her third night of five at L.A.’s Staples Centre, she brought out Ellen DeGeneresAlanis Morissette, and Dixie Chicks’ Natalie Maines.

Ellen made a special effort to really shine during her big moment. She stepped out to the song “Style” wearing an outfit that matched Swift’s.

Swift also celebrated the 20th anniversary of Morissette’s iconic album Jagged Little Pill with a duet of the 1995 classic, “You Oughta Know.”

But first, she introduced Morissette with words of praise:

The person I’m about to bring out defined the music of her decade. She defined the generation of female songwriters. She taught us you could get really, really mad if you wanted to. It’s fair to say that many of the female songwriters would not write the way we do without her music.
