Los Angeles County prosecutors now have to decide whether or not Caitlyn Jenner will be charged with manslaughter as the result of a multi-car accident in February, People magazine reports.

The incident took place in Malibu on the famed Pacific Coast Highway.

The 65-year-old Olympian was found to be driving at an “unsafe speed,” Det. Richard Curry of the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department told the L.A. Times.

Jenner crashed into the back of the Lexus of a 69-year-old woman, who consequently drove into oncoming vehicles. As a result of the crash, the woman subsequently died.

Because no drugs or alcohol were involved and legal experts believe Jenner likely will not have to serve any time, however the reality TV star is also facing multiple lawsuits in relation to the crash.
