Kimye Wins Again, Settles Lawsuit Over Leaked Engagement Video

Just enough to warrant a coveted Yeezy smile.

TMZ reports that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have settled a lawsuit against YouTube founder Chad Hurley over the secretly recorded video that he shot of their engagement in AT&T Park and leaked online. The couple sued Hurley in 2013 on claims that he manipulated his way into the venue and broke his confidentiality agreement, which now exists as a photo attachment to the winning legal document.

Kimye shaded the MixBit founder, claiming, “Hurley proceeded to try to turn the event into one starring himself, broadcasting the images he knew were the exclusive property rights of someone else.”

The settlement reads that if Hurley pays $400K within the next few days that the lawsuit will be dropped, which pennies for the entrepreneur who sold YouTube to Google for $1.65 billion in 2006.
