Caitlyn Jenner to Receive $18.5 Million Lawsuit from Crash Victims

Will Prosecutors Charge Caitlyn Jenner with Manslaughter?
Los Angeles County prosecutors have a big decision to make.

Caitlyn Jenner may be able to sidestep manslaughter charges, for a price.

TMZ reports that the lawyer of Kim Howe, the woman who died in Jenner’s Pacific Coast Highway multi-vehicle accident is planning to file a lawsuit of $18.5 million dollars after Howe’s estate was sued for the same amount by the passengers of the Hummer that cased the fatal impact. The Hummer’s party claims that the crash was due to Howe’s “negligence” and plan to sue Jenner at a later time.

Howe’s distant stepchildren have already filed a lawsuit against Jenner for the wrongful death of their stepmother.
