Kate Middleton Is Pretty in Tweed for Women’s Prison Visit in London
Even the Duchess has to work on Fridays.
Kate Middleton stepped out looking her usual royal self (ie. amazing) on Friday as she made a low-key visit to a women’s prison in Woking, England. The 33-year-old Duchess, who met with inmates addicted to drugs and alcohol as part of the Rehabilitation of Addicted Prisoners Trust (RAPt) charity, looked divine in a tweed dress by London-based brand The Fold.
Following her visit, Kate said her meeting with the prisoners was a reminder of how addictions “lie at the heart of so many social issues.”
“I saw again today that a failure to intervene early in life to tackle mental health problems and other challenges can have profound consequences for people through their lives. I am grateful to the women I met for sharing their difficult personal stories with me.” [via Kensington Palace]
