Grace Jones Frees the Nipple(s) at Barnes & Noble Book Signing
Because you haven’t truly experienced Barnes & Noble until you’ve experienced it topless.
Grace Jones arrived two hours late to a signing for her book “I’ll Never Write My Memoirs” at Barnes & Noble in Union Square in New York City on Thursday, Oct. 1. The 67-year-old proceeded to greet the paparazzi with a cameo from her “girls”, wearing skin-tight leggings and a sheer turtleneck that showcased her slammin’ bod.
Her book, which hit stands earlier this week, provides an inside look into her development from international model to prolific triple threat. Jones also provides words of cautionary advice to today’s pop idols on the fleeting nature of stardom.
“There will always be a replacement coming along very soon — a newer version, a crazier version, a louder version,” she writes. “So if you haven’t got a long-term plan, then you are merely a passing phase, the latest trend, yesterday’s event.”
The author also shades Rihanna for attempting to copy her body-painting trademark.
“I don’t even know if she knows what she’s doing comes from me. But I bet you the people styling her know.”
