Both Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have come to a mutual understanding in regards to how they will split their assets and custody of the three sons as their 13-year-marriage comes to an end.

TMZ reports that even though the high-profile couple did not have a prenuptial agreement in place, Rossdale has agreed to accept much less than the 50 percent split of community property to which he would be entitled by California law.

This is seemingly in order to avoid dragging out the divorce proceedings.

As for their three children together―Kingston, Zuma and Apollo Rossdale―while the couple will be sharing joint custody, Gwen’s touring schedule will likely result in the boys spending the majority of the time with Gavin.

The source claims that the couple’s divorce will be finalized by the end of this year, after Gwen initially filed for divorce in August.
