Kate Hudson Is Releasing a Lifestyle Book, Too
Care for some advice and secrets on health and wellness?
Look no further than Kate Hudson’s latest project: a book.
On Tuesday (Nov. 10), the 36-year-old actress announced that she’s releasing a title with HarperCollins.
From the official press release (via EW):
“I’m not a fan of perfectionism. I think it’s all about finding the balance between enjoying your life and being as mindful as possible when it comes to your overall well-being. This book is not meant to be instructional, but I hope it provides inspiration and motivation for all of us who want to make a shift in our own lifestyles, helping find what works for us and allowing us to be true to ourselves in our individual journeys.”
The book will be called Pretty Happy: Healthy Ways to Love Your Body. Let’s hope it includes inspirational words on how to do any or all of the following:
