Adele Might Be Entering Into the World of Acting Now, Too

Adele: Grammy-slaying Queen, and now possibly an actress.

Adele is allegedly in talks to make a cameo in Xavier Dolan’s upcoming film, The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan, which is set to star Jessica Chastain, Kit Harrington, Susan Sarandon and Kathy Bates.

Adele worked with Dolan on the music video for her comeback single “Hello.” And as we already know from her “Hello” video, Adele proves she’s well-aware of her best angles, as well as how to make some dramatic eye contact, all culminating in one scene-stealing gaze after another.

All that aside, she’s got a wonderfully charming personality to boot.

The 25 artist recently told KISS FM UK, “I’m sure I’ll get some flak for this, but I actually would like to act after working with Xavier. I would be in a film for him, definitely.”

While Adele already has film industry experience – she wrote the theme song for Skyfall, AND won an Oscar for it – rumor has it she won’t be doing any original soundtrack work for the film. Just a potential cameo.

The Death And Life Of John F. Donovan is the 26-year-old Canadian actor and director’s English-language debut.
