Gwen Stefani Got Really Emotional on ‘The Voice’ Last Night: ‘You Guys Are Saving Me’

Gwen Stefani is leaning on more than just Blake Shelton right now, in the wake of her divorce from Gavin Rossdale and his nanny cheating scandal.

Hours after news broke yesterday that Rossdale has been sleeping with their children’s nanny, Mindy Mann, for three years, Stefani appeared on The Voice just feet away from her new man, Shelton.

Faced with the task of sending home three people from her team (to get the show to the final 12), she emotionally told her singers, “Honestly, I am so blown away by this whole experience. You guys are saving me, you know, you are saving me. I love you guys. Watching you blossom before my eyes, having my influence on you is such a gift.”

Flustered, she continued, “I don’t know what to do. I am just talking. What am I doing? I only get to save one of you guys and that is totally upsetting. But you are all so far ahead of where you were and have such opportunities now. So, look at the positive!”

Yesterday, Stefani also posted a new pic with Shelton and Pharrell Williams, which is a first since her and Shelton’s romance was revaled:

Stefani recently opened up about her newest song “Used to Love You” in a radio interview with KISS FM’s Jojo Wright, in which she said her divorce was “unexpected” and happened after her “life blew up last February,” which we now know is when she found out Rossdale was sleeping with Mann. She allegedly discovered nude photos and explicit texts on an iPad, which was linked to Rossdale’s iPhone through the iCloud.
