Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin Have Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner in New York

Infamously “consciously uncoupled” couple Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin reunited last night in the name of giving thanks for the blessing of the harvest and the past year.

Along with their kids Apple, 11, and Moses, 9, Paltrow’s mother Blythe Danner and Gwyneth’s brother Jake, the family dined out at The Lion in New York’s West Village.

According to People, the Coldplay frontman and Paltrow’s dinner was festive and happy. An onlooker said the family looked “super happy and chummy” and that their outing “looked like a happy, regular family having a big pre-Thanksgiving dinner.”

The couple announced their split in March in 2014 and have remained incredibly amicable. Both have moved on since their divorce – Paltrow with American Horror Story producer Brad Falchuk and Martin with Jennifer Lawrence, who he in an off-and-on relationship with over the past year. Last month in Paris he was spotted displaying PDA with actress Annabelle Wallis.

Martin recently said of his relationship with the goop creator to Ryan Seacrest, “Just because a romantic relationship ends, doesn’t mean that the other facets of your relationship have to end … or indeed, doesn’t mean they can’t get better.”
