For as long as anyone can remember, the Kardashian name has been synonymous with big ol’ booties. Honestly, everyone in the Kardashian/Jenner family has an ass that just won’t quit (even Kris), but lately, Khloe Kardashian has been killing the booty game.

Ever since Kardashian’s jaw-dropping Complex cover, her butt is all anyone can talk about, and for good reason — it’s damn near perfect. In the latest video uploaded to her app titled, “Answers To Allll Of Your Questions About My Workouts,” Kardashian dishes on her favorite workouts, including the one that gave her that amazing behind.

After reading a question from a fan on Twitter about what her favorite “booty exercise” is Kardashian confessed, “The stairs are everything for your lower body, and you’re sweating, it’s a great cardio workout. I like to do the stairs at the gym where the stairs are rotating, not an actual stair master. The stairs are rotating and if you stop you’re just going to fall off that bad boy. So that one is a beast. That is so good for your butt, thighs, squat, everything.”

And because Koko is the realest Kardashian, she posted a picture on Instagram doing said exercise before the haters could even dare to call her booty fake.
