This Is How Much Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid Make for a Single Post on Instagram
These models are making serious bank.
If you’re one of Kendall Jenner or Gigi Hadid’s Instagram followers, then you’re helping them make a lot of money. Six figured per post, to be exact. So not only are they making tons of money from modeling and walking runways for big-named brands like Balmain, Victoria’s Secret, and Calvin Klein, but it also pays really, really for them to post on social media.
According to CR Fashion Book, the three most highly ranked supermodels on social media right now — Jenner, Hadid, and Cara Delevingne in descending order — “are currently valued between $125,000 and $300,000 for a single post across their portfolio.”
However, that doesn’t mean that everything they post is paid for. They do sometimes post things that they actually like. It just means that these models basically make more than most people make in a whole year, just for posting a single photo on Instagram.
“The next tier — very familiar faces like Karlie Kloss, Behati Prinsloo, and Miranda Kerr — can command between $25,000 to $50,000 for a single post across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,” Frank Spadafora, CEO of D’Marie Archive, added.
Jenner, who has a collective followership hovering around 65 million, leads the pack. This past June, she posted a photo that was named the most liked photo on Instagram, according to TIME. It racked up 2.5 million likes in just five weeks, beating out her sister Kim Kardashian’s previous record of 2.4 million likes for her wedding picture.
