The cast list for Nicki Minaj’s TV show, Nicki, about her childhood in Queens is out and EGOT winner, Whoopi Goldberg, is on it.

The series will focus on Minaj’s home life as a young Trinidadian moving to Queens in the early ‘90s—so basically, the Pinkprint rapper’s origin story.

The View co-host, Goldberg will be taking on the role of Minaj’s neighbor, Miss Martha, a character who isn’t afraid to speak her mind.

Others cast in the series include Selita Ebanks as Nicki’s mother, Grace; Wesley Jonathan as father Vincent; McCarrie McCausland as brother Jaylen and last, but definitely not least, Ariana Neal as the lead of young Onika.

Nicki is acting as executive producer of the project and has confirmed that she will be providing voiceover in the style of The Chris Rock Show.
