Khloé Kardashian has a simple trick to losing weight.

According to the reality star, she dropped over 10 pounds in less than two months by just cutting out certain things from her diet. Though Kardashian, 31, admittedly is a gym rat, she says not eating dairy products made her lose weight without changing up anything else in her life.

“I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference,” she told New Beauty magazine [via E! News]. “In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.”

Despite publishing her own self-help book about weight loss and healthy living this year, Kardashian confesses she still has insecurities about her body.

“I have moles and freckles and they irritate me. They are an insecurity of mine, and I wish I could have clear, beautiful skin,” she explains. ” I’ve had people say that I have breakouts on my back when it’s really my moles. Those are things I don’t know how to fix.”

So, how does she get over it? For Kardashian, she lets her family motivate her.

“I look to my sisters for a lot of inspiration,” she says. “I also look to Kylie Jenner because I love how she does her makeup—because of her I’m into drawing around my lips.”
