Jennifer Aniston revealed her holiday health hacks in a fun Q&A with goop, Gwyneth Paltrows lifestyle website. The Mother’s Day actress stresses the importance of balance around the holidays. “There is nothing worse than wearing yourself down during what is already a busy time for everyone,” she says. “I know sometimes it’s hard to not over-commit to friends and family during the holidays but I try to be mindful of it.”

She indulges in the sweet stuff in moderation, and always starts the day with a “good, solid breakfast”. “I like to meditate every day for even just a few minutes,” says Aniston. “It helps clear the mind.”

Aniston’s most sacred things are time with her new hubby Justin Theroux, her dogs, and her friends.

“Those times are sacred to me and I would never give them up.”

She takes trips to her “go-to” places with sandy beaches, like Mexico, to “relax and get back on track”. “I like massages and spa treatments, too,” adds Aniston. “They help if I can’t get on a plane and go on vacation.”

Her strangest indulgence? “All sorts of weird facials,” she says. “Chances are I’ve tried them all!”
