Patricia Elliott, Tony-Winning Actress and ‘One Life to Live’ Star, Dies at 77

Patricia Elliott, a Tony Award–winning actress who appeared on One Life to Live for more than 20 years, died Sunday, December 20. She was 77.

Elliott’s niece, Sally Fay, told ABC News that the actress died in her Manhattan home after battling cancer.

Elliott is best known for playing Renee Divine Buchanan on the ABC daytime soap One Life to Live. She originated the character in the late ’80s and portrayed her until 2011. More on the story at Us Weekly
