Jeremy Renner Finalizes Divorce, Must Pay $13K a Month in Child Support
Jeremy Renner is officially a single man.
The actor’s divorce from model Sonni Pacheco was finalized in a Los Angeles, Calif. courtroom on Tuesday (Dec. 29, 2015). According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, he will not have to pay any spousal support, but has to pay $13,000 a month in child support for their two-year-old daughter Ava. However, for each year that the Avengers star makes more than $2.3 million (which he most likely will), he will have to pay five percent of the overage as additional child support.
The exes will reportedly shared custody of their little girl, and Renner will walk away with most of his property since he and Pacheco were only married for 10 months. Renner recently told Ellen DeGeneres that his daughter “screwed his career” because he cares more about her than about making movies. “She’s like number one in my life,” he said. “And now I get to do movies on the side. Daddy’s my best role to date I think.”
