John Krasinski Says Wife Emily Blunt Doesn’t Approved of His New Fit Body

Emily Blunt is the only woman in America who doesn’t like that her husband is ripped now!

Well, this is surprising. Although 99% of folks in America likely want their hubby to put down the Big Mac, climb out of the La-Z-Boy and maybe hit the gym once in a while, Emily Blunt isn’t having her husband John Krasinski’s fit transformation.

Krasinski went on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in support of his new film 13 hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi where he was asked if his wife is enjoying his new look.

“She hates it,” Krasinski said playfully. “She would way prefer to have doughy guy back.”

Huh?!

If anything, this proves Blunt’s priorities are in the right place—wanting more from her husband than washboard abs. But they can’t hurt, right?

Apparently the TV-star-turned-leading-man had to work out twice a day for four months to achieve that toned, Navy SEAL look.

“It’s real work, too. I thought it would be like, ‘Yeah, let’s eat a couple Power Bars and do push-ups.’ And he was like, ‘No. It’s going to be a living hell for six to eight weeks,’” Krasinski said.

And if you have a hankering (which you obviously do) to check out the new, buff John Krasinski, he covered the January/February issue of Men’s Health magazine.
