Keri Russell Is Expecting a Baby with ‘The Americans’ Co-Star and Boyfriend Matthew Rhys
The Americans family is about to get a bit bigger.
Keri Russell and boyfriend Matthew Rhys (who have co-starred as Soviet spies posing as a couple in Cold War-era America on The Americans since its 2013 debut) are expecting a baby together, Us Weekly exclusively revealed this morning (Jan. 6).
“Keri is more than four months along,” a source close to the actress says. Russell, 39, is also mom to son River, 8, and daughter Willa, 4, with ex-husband Shane Deary, who she divorced in 2013 after six years of marriage.
A source close to Rhys, 41, commented, “It’s so exciting for them!” Us noted “a rep for Russell could not be reached for comment.”
The co-stars, who play spies on the hit FX drama series, first made their relationship public after it was rumored they were hooking up on set at NYC’s Public Theater in April 2014.
The Felicity actress and Rhys are currently filming the fourth season of The Americans. A course reveals, “they are always together and love roaming around New York. Matthew is really in love. They feel they should have always been together.”
Congratulations to the beautiful couple!
