Calvin Harris Is Selling His Los Angeles Mansion for $9.9 Million
Rumors are swirling that the couple of almost one year are making plans of cohabitation as Calvin, 31, has put his four-bedroom, seven-bathroom mansion for a $9.9 million.
Built in 1953, the decked-out home spans 4,127 square feet and sits on a private, double-gated property in the West Hollywood neighborhood. The expensive estate has an indoor movie theater, a spa with a sauna and steam room, an infinity pool, lush landscaping, and outdoor fire pits with built-in lounge seating. The abode’s Trulia listing also boasts that there’s also a two-story guesthouse house with a private entrance on the lot, making it the perfect crash pad for any member of Swift’s #squad that needs a place to stay for the night.
Fun fact: This is the home where Swift, 26, and Harris took their iconic “swan goals” pool photo together. So, like, there’s some priceless Tayvin history here.
However, this bachelor pad doesn’t compare to the monster mansion Harris picked up in 2014 for a whopping $15 million. Hidden in Beverly Hills, the 10-bedroom, 11-and-a-half-bathroom mega-home comes in at 18,000 square feet.
How’s that for something out of your wildest dream?
