Is There a ‘Cloverfield’ Sequel on the Way From J.J. Abrams? Check Out This Trailer

Get ready for a jolt! A J.J. Abrams-produced film just released its teaser trailer and not only does it look scary as hell, it leaves so many questions!

J.J. Abrams Explains How He Picked the New 'Star Wars' Character Names
Entertainment Weekly takes us on a trip to a galaxy far, far away.

The film is titled 10 Cloverfield Lane, but outside of the obviously similar name, this looks nothing like the Godzilla-esque, found-footage romp from 2008.

The majority of the trailer looks like it takes place in a bomb shelter or a bunker where the three main characters play games, assemble puzzles and dance to a jukebox, but before long this seemingly safe atmosphere starts to unravel.

Every movie J.J. Abrams is associated with is shrouded in mystery, so the lack of information concerning the plot isn’t too surprising. But, if you’re a fan of claustrophobic sci-fi, this looks like the ticket!

The scarefest stars Mary Elizabeth Winstead, John Goodman and John Gallagher Jr. and is scheduled to arrive in theaters March 11, 2016.
