As Lady Gaga once said, “The Internet is a toilet.”

A lonely soul with a wifi password decided that it would be hilarious to hack into the Twitter account of Pretty Little Liar’s Lucy Hale and post a light handful of Taylor Swift lyrics on her behalf, according to a report from Gossip Cop.

It began on Thursday, Jan. 14 when Hale’s account tweeted out this little musing from “Wildest Dreams“.

Then, this poignant observation from “Blank Space” was posted ten minutes later.

When this satisfaction wasn’t enough, the hacker took to her Instagram account to sloppily caption this photo, “Say you’ll remember me. And we’re also young and reckless.”

Please note the inebriated ghost Emoji in the caption, which obviously denotes, “YOU’VE BEEN HACKED, BETCH.”

The icing on the cake was a retweet from a fan of this still from the “Blank Space” video that kind of just sums up this hack’s overarching theme of flat-out, “Why, Lorde? Why?”
