Only God Himself Can Convince R. Kelly that Bill Cosby is Guilty of Sexual Assault
And today in ass backwards news…
R. Kelly finally revealed his opinion on the Bill Cosby sexual assault scandal, and it’s *sigh* exactly what you’d expect. Despite the fact that over 50 women have accused Cosby of sexual assault, and the comedian himself has admitted to drugging women without their knowledge, the singer just isn’t convinced.
Why you ask? Well because not too long ago Kelly was accused and brought up on charges of having sex with minors and child pornography, but was eventually found not guilty. So if he didn’t do it, there’s no way Cosby could have, got it?
Kelly revealed his thoughts in his latest interview with GQ, where he victim-shames the women, saying it’s “strange” they waited so long to speak up. “When I look on TV and I see the 70-, 80-, 90-year-old ladies talking about what happened when they were 17, 18, or 19, there’s something strange about it,” he said. “That’s my opinion. It’s just strange.”
But don’t worry, there’s hope for him yet. There’s at least, one person who can convince Kelly of Cosby’s guilt. Not any of the victims of course, but God himself. “But God would have to do that, because God is the only one can show me that,” Kelly insisted. “No man can tell me that. No woman can tell me that. And when you wait 70 years, 50 years, 40 years, to say something that simple, it’s strange. You know why I say that is because it happened to me, and it wasn’t true.”
