All That Really Matters About the Grammys Is the Food

Let’s just be honest.

Adele and the 5,000 other Grammys guests that wish they could be her will have happily filled bellies at the end of the night, even if they walk home empty-handed. People reports that the 58th Annual Grammy Celebration will be catered this year by L.A.’s Patina Catering.

First up is a food station by Baja Taco Truck offering pollo asada and crispy Pacific rock cod street tacos, using 4,000 corn tortillas and 30 gallons of salsa. Sorry you couldn’t make it, Jennifer Aniston.

The Napa Wine Country station will feature roasted free-range chicken with Chardonnay-mustard jus, red wine braised short rib grilled cheese, and a red and gold beet salad. Vegetarians have the delectable option of caramelized rainbow cauliflower ‘steaks’ with kabocha squash, Brussels sprouts, and cavatelli pasta with winter broth.
