Harry Potter fans! A new story will be released soon, but it won’t be a novel…

This summer, those lucky few fans of the book series will head to London’s West End to catch the play Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. But what about all of us who can’t make the trip? You’re in luck! Today it was announced on the Pottermore website that on July 31 (Harry Potter’s birthday!), Harry Potter and the Cursed Child Parts I & II will be released in print!

First, a Special Rehearsal Edition will be sold, which will offer readers the script used in early performances. But, a Definitive Collector’s Edition will follow featuring the script used in the final play.

The new Harry Potter installment picks up 19 years after the Deathly Hallows and follows now-adult Harry Potter, who works at the Ministry of Magic, and his youngest son, Albus Severus Potter.

Now if only we had a Time-Turner so we wouldn’t have to wait ‘til July!
