Shia LaBeouf Wants to Evict His Own Aunt from Manhattan Apartment

This new story from Shia LaBeouf doesn’t appear to be performance art, but…

The movie star apparently wants to evict his aunt to repay a $1 million loan Shia gave his uncle.

Okay, so according to Page Six, Shia gave his mother Shayna’s brother Barry Saide $800,000 (it later climbed to $1 million with attorney and court fees) in 2009 to help prop up his employment agency, which was floundering after the economic downturn.

According to court documents, Saide believed that Shia was simply paying him back for financial support he gave the actor and his mother years earlier.

“Prior to Shia’s ascendancy to film stardom … I loaned Shayna hundreds of thousands of dollars to assist in the support of Shayna and Shia,” Saide said. “I never sought repayment of this money; Shayna, Shia and I are family.”

However, the Nymphomaniac actor doesn’t consider the issue settled and because his uncle can’t afford to pay him, the actor wants Saide’s wife’s Manhattan apartment.

This sounds like a reality show or something!

Sharon Saide, the aunt who’s home is at the center of the case, said that not only is the apartment worth more than twice the settlement Shia is demanding (at least $2.5 million), the apartment isn’t even in her husband’s name!

Will Shia finally forgive the loan? Will his uncle break down in court and admit he should have repaid his famous nephew? Will this all turn out to be an art project and Shia will apologize to his uncle and aunt?

Stayed tuned!
