Kanye West Reveals His Album’s Latest Name, Wishes to Be Left Alone Until Monday
The Lost Oboe Player??
It’s been a rough road for Kanye West in deciding on a name for his forthcoming body of work that will allegedly transcend space and time as the greatest piece of art created since mankind. West shared the final version of the album’s name and its track list on Wednesday, Feb. 10 on Twitter.

West asked fans on Tuesday (Feb. 9) to guess what the name of his album would be based on on the acronym “T.L.O.P”. Most assumed that it had to do something with fecal matter, but instead it is The Life of Pablo, seemingly in reference to Pablo Picasso. West referenced the Spanish artist during his lecture at Oxford University last year.
“My goal,” he said, “If I was going to do art, fine art, would have been to become [Pablo] Picasso or greater.”
West also promised in his T.L.OP. tweet that whoever guessed the title of the album would be awarded tickets to Season 3 and free Yeezy sneakers. The BBC reports that Dante Holley, a 20-year-old from New Jersey, was the first to respond correctly and has yet to hear back from the rapper’s reps about receiving his prize.
