David Bowie’s Son Drags Lady Gaga and Her Grammy Performance
Is there shade on Mars?
Last night, during the 58th annual Grammy Awards, Lady Gaga performed a rousing medley of David Bowie’s hits incorporating the late singer’s fashion through the years as well as mind-blowing technology to pay tribute to the influential icon.
But not everyone was enjoying Gaga’s homage to Bowie. Duncan Jones, Bowie’s son delivered probably one of the most clever and cutting insults in recent memory. He tweeted the Oxford Dictionary definition of the word “gaga.”
“overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused.” Damn it! What IS that word!?

Jones seems to be in the minority, as fans have taken to social media to sing their praises for Mama Monster and her Grammy performance. One would think Jones would be more supportive of an artist like Gaga. Much like his father, the pop songstress has pushed boundaries and incorporated art and fashion in her performances in strange and exciting ways.
