WATCH: Gwen Stefani Admits Her New Love Song Is Exactly Who You Think It’s About

We’ll give you three guesses out of her co-judges on The Voice season 9.

Gwen Stefani is revved up after her wildly successful go at filming a live music video for her new song “Make Me Like You“, which premiered during the Grammys. She went on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to clear up the faux pas that happened during the shoot. While some people thought that she fell in the video, Stefani reveals that was an intentional stunt double.

“I actually sorta know how to [skate] from when I was a kid,” Stefani said. “Everybody thinks it was me but that was a stunt double. We did that on purpose so everybody would think, ‘Oh my God this is live and she fell!'”

Jimmy Kimmel, of course, inquired if the muse of her latest love song is about Sir Mr. Blake Shelton. “It is actually,” she smiled. “I will admit that that song is about that guy.”

“What’s so crazy is that sometimes tragedy, if you really absorb it, you can turn it into something beautiful, and this whole album is about trying to take something that’s awful, and healing from it.”
