Dr. Luke Calls Out Kesha: Lady Gaga’s Oscar Performance Had Nothing to Do with You

Kesha Sings ‘A Special Thanks’ to Fans
The songstress expressed her gratitude in the best way possible.

Kesha decided to tweet her thanks to Lady Gaga for her powerful Oscars performance incorporating victims of sexual violence. However, Dr. Luke, with whom Kesha is caught in a legal battle, decided to weigh in on the tweet…

“thank u @ladygaga and VP @JoeBiden for bringing attention to sexual assault at the oscars. it hit very close to my heart for obvious reasons,” Kesha posted. She is referencing her claims that Luke drugged and sexually assaulted her while the two worked together.

Well, the producer could not hold his tongue, offering this statement to TMZ, via his lawyer, Christine Lepera: “Ms. Sebert [Kesha], who in sworn videotaped testimony from 2011 stated that she had never been sexually abused or drugged by Dr. Luke is neither a victim nor the appropriate person to be held up as an example for this important issue.”

There is indeed video testimony of the singer denying that Dr. Luke ever acted inappropriately with her, but Kesha says she was threatened by Luke to deny his misconduct in 2011.
