We can all be witnesses to Khloé Kardashian’s gym rat ways as she goes for yet another workout on Tuesday (Mar. 1, 2016).

Clad in colorful leggings and a black long-sleeve top, the reality star was spotted on the phone as headed to her morning exercise with friend and trainer Gunnar Peterson in Beverly Hills. With a smoothie in hand, Kardashian looked to be focus on her iPhone as she made her way into the gym.

Recently, she blogged about the importance of having a workout partner on her app. In a post titled “Swole-mates Only,” she explained that loves exercising with her family as a way to stay motivated.

“My sisters are my swole-mates! I always workout harder and stronger when they’re with me and the buddy system is the best system. Gym #goals!” Kardashian wrote. “There’s seriously no better motivation than having someone around to hold you accountable, so grab your sister, brother or bestie and try out some of my fave fit moves from Redefining Strength Gym in the video below!!!”

She added, “All you need is a good partner, a medicine ball and a resistance band. If you’re not sweating at the end, you’re not going hard enough!”
